     Be part of our annual progressive beer tasting event Barks & Brews, on Saturday, August 24, 2019. From 12pm-5pm, do our "pup" crawl around the Historic Downtown Plano (14th and 15th streets) and sample pre-selected beers from several participating restaurants/pubs. At 5pm, participants are invited to join us at Hub Streat (1212 14th St.) to enjoy food, beverages, a super fun silent auction and get to meet some of our adoptable dogs!

    Dear Supporters and Volunteers,

    Our 5th annual Barks N’ Brews event is here! Over the years our friends, adopters, volunteers and supporters have contributed to this fundraiser by donating desirable and valuable items in new or excellent condition for participants to bid on.

    Examples of items we have received in the past include:

    • Gift Certificates for Services/ Events (Beauty Salons, Escape Rooms, Maid Services, Paintings, Spa)
    • Art Prints
    • Electronics (Keurig, Fitbit, Watch)
    • Jewelry
    • Wine/Spirits Bottles
    • Baskets
    • Airline Miles
    • Bags, just to mention a few.

    If you or someone you know wants to donate an item/certificate feel free to come by the shelter or contact us. Make sure to provide the approximate value of the item, your name and email with it.
