… She had plenty of puppy spirit and became a volunteer favorite, who would do anything for a scratch behind the ears. Even though she was older than the average shelter dog, Jubilee didn’t have to wait too long for her perfect family to arrive. Now known as Ms. Lucile (or Lucy), she is thriving in the most loving home, and, being an only child, is being spoiled as such. Her new parents said, “We are so grateful for the care given to Lucy during her several months stay Second Chance. Our only regret is that we did not find her sooner. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you do. You make the world better.” A jubilant cheer for Jubilee!!
