I help out with the cats by socializing with them, giving them medicine, food, and water. I play with all of them when I can. Cleaning around the shelter is something that I also do with washing dishes and doing laundry. I have also helped with the projects around the shelter when I can. What I enjoy the most about being a volunteer is honestly the whole new experience. Before this, I rarely volunteered but once I began I loved it! I loved having something in common with others from the shelter but above all else, I love helping the dogs and cats have a safe environment and see them become adopted and go to a good home :). One thing that I always find hilarious is watching all the big and little cats climbing there cages and sleeping in strange positions.”
