    Every time you shop using your Kroger Plus Rewards card or Tom Thumb rewards cards, the stores will donate a percentage of your purchase to Second Chance SPCA!

    For the Tom Thumb program visit their website, and download the form to add SCSPCA to your reward card (Second Chance SPCA is charity # 11535).  
    Once the form is completed take it to your store customer service and they will complete the process.
